Day One
Your retreat will begin gently on Thursday at 5pm, offering a relaxed arrival into the space. You’ll have time to settle in at your own pace, whether that means connecting with other guests, unwinding quietly, or exploring the grounds and shared spaces as you ease into the weekend.
For the evening meal, you can choose to dine with those in your small cottage or join the wider group, depending on what feels most comfortable for you.
We’ll close the day with an opportunity to come together as a group, beginning to cultivate a sense of safeness and connection through an evening practice and group-based activities.

Day Two
We’ll begin by cultivating the conditions for safeness, taking time to explore what each person needs in order to feel supported throughout the weekend. From there, the day will open into a spacious opportunity to immerse yourself in practice‑based learning and embodied movement. This gentle, experiential approach is designed to support personal insight and deepen your compassionate capacity..
The day will conclude with campfire story telling and a shared meal.

Day Three
The third day will begin, as before, with an opportunity to gently awaken your mind and body through movement‑based practices. Building on the foundations of day two, we’ll spend time exploring our multiple selves, supported by the presence and insight of the group. Together, we’ll open space for new perspectives to emerge and for deeper meaning to take shape.
We will have access to a variety of creative methods to understand and explore ourselves through the medium of play and lightness.
We will be supported throughout the weekend by a team of holistic therapists and movement practitioners, helping us stay connected to our bodies and grounded in our experience.

Day Four
As we draw the weekend to a close, we’ll create space for reflection and for gathering the threads of connection, both with the work we’ve explored and with one another. The retreat will conclude at lunchtime on Sunday, giving everyone time to make their way home carrying new meanings, insights, and a deeper sense of inner compassion.
