These events provide professional training in group psychotherapy and staff support, while also offering opportunities to cultivate compassion from the inside out. Join us to explore transformative practices and connect with like-minded individuals committed to making a positive impact.
Compassion Focused Staff Support Training June 29-30th June 2026

This 2 day online workshop will offer a model for developing and delivering compassion focused staff support initiatives to a variety of staff teams. This will include practical resources and ideas for establishing these groups and working with the blocks to compassion in these settings.
BPA Psychodrama and Sociodrama Conference 31st July- 2nd August 2026

pre conference workshop- Mobilising Compassion
This workshop explores compassion in psychotherapy, how it may become blocked, and introduces play-based interventions to help patients understand their difficulties and work through early trauma.
Mobilising Compassion Retreat 17-20th June 2027

This 4 day personal practice retreat for mental health professionals and anyone interested in developing confidence in embodied movement and action-based approaches. The weekend focuses on exploring and cultivating compassion through play, movement, and shared learning in a supportive environment.
This event will be hosted in the heart of the English Countryside at Eton Manor UK Luxury Dog-Friendly Holiday Cottages with Hot Tubs, Shropshire
Author Talks: Compassion Focused Group Psychotherapy April 28th 2026

For too long, people with attachment and relational trauma have been excluded from longer-term therapy, often labelled “hard to engage” or “untreatable.” This book challenges that narrative.

Compassion Focused Group Psychotherapy 7 -9th September 2026

This F2F process-driven workshop introduces a five-phase group psychotherapy programme that provides a model of attachment and containment for group members. It explores how to set up and run therapeutic groups across different levels of complexity, from short psycho-educational programmes to long-term trauma-focused psychotherapy, while addressing relational and attachment difficulties in both online and face-to-face settings.
